Customer photo review of Zinnia Seeds - Lilliput Yellow

    They look more like cream.

    Zinnia Seeds - Lilliput Yellow

Store owner replied: Hello Rachel. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry your Lilliput Yellow Zinnias appeared more cream than the yellow you were expecting. This variety can show some natural variation in color intensity, and high temperatures, strong sunlight, and bloom maturity can cause yellow pigments to appear softer or paler, with flowers often fading somewhat as they age. However, these factors would generally produce a lighter yellow rather than blooms that consistently appear truly cream or ivory, so we understand your concern and have shared your feedback with our Quality Control team for further review. We also reached out by email to offer assistance and a resolution but haven’t heard back yet. We’d still very much like the opportunity to help, so please reply to our original email when you have a chance. We stand behind our products and our Grow Guarantee and want you to receive the beautiful color and blooms you were looking forward to growing!
