this mix didn't ever grow for me

    Statice Seeds - Pastel Mix

Store owner replied: Hello Tricia. Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that your Pastel Mix Statice seeds did not germinate for you! For best results, these seeds should be sown only lightly covered in well-drained soil and kept consistently moist during germination without becoming waterlogged. They germinate best in warm soil and full sun, and factors such as cool temperatures, heavy rainfall, poor seed-to-soil contact, or allowing the soil to dry out can all reduce germination success. We previously reached out and offered a resolution but have not yet heard back. If you'd still like assistance, please reply to that email and we'd be happy to help. At Eden Brothers, we stand behind our products and are always here to help our gardeners achieve success!

Sad to report that absolutely nothing sprouted.

    Statice Seeds - Pastel Mix

Store owner replied: Hello Cynthia, Thank you for your review. We are sorry your Pastel Mix Statice didn’t grow as expected and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Statice generally performs best when started indoors about 6–8 weeks before the last expected frost, particularly in Zone 6 where spring soils can remain cool. Seeds should be sown very shallowly and gently pressed into the growing medium, as light can help with germination. Keeping the medium consistently moist but not saturated and temperatures around 70–75°F can encourage germination, which commonly occurs within about 7–14 days, although some seeds may take longer. Once established, Statice prefers full sun and very well-drained soil and is more tolerant of drier conditions than consistently wet soil. Cool temperatures, planting too deeply, excessive moisture, or allowing the seedbed to dry during germination can all affect establishment. We reached out by email to learn more about your planting and to offer a resolution but haven’t heard back yet. Please reply to our original email when you have a chance, as we’d truly appreciate the opportunity to help. We stand behind our products and our Grow Guarantee and hope we can help make your next growing experience a successful one!
