    These were the only ranunculus bulbs that bloomed, I planted several varieties, however the color was not as described or pictured. These turned out to be a pretty pale yellow, like when you've taken the zest of a lemon, it's the color underneath that. Maybe that's how it's supposed to be but definitely not what I was expecting and not really a fan of the color.

    Did not germinate at all, not a single one. I planted these along with some violet ranunculus according to the instructions and was so disappointed with the result. I had a mix that included some other flower types that wasn't shipping until the fall, so I held off on reviewing until I saw how those turned out, but they haven't germinated either, so I bought 200 bulbs & corms (40 of these, 40 of the violet, 120 mixed ranunculus and anenome, PLUS poppy seeds) from Eden Brothers last year, and I only got 2 scraggly flowers from that entire total (both violet ranunculus). Please refer to the attached picture, where you can see the poor quality of the only flowers I did get (purple, because again, there were no yellow ones at all). These are harder to grow varieties, and I didn't expect perfection, but I have grown some of these flowers in the past (from other retailers), so I know this isn't entirely growing conditions, gardener error, etc. I thought that the higher price from Eden Brothers would be a "get what you pay for" situation and was excited to have these in my garden, but a 99% failure rate and the poor quality on the only two blooms I got is shocking. It would have literally been more cost effective to compost the cash and use the compost in my garden, because at least it would have saved me some money on fertilizer.
