    New England Aster Seeds FAQs

Is New England Aster resistant to animals or disease?

New England Aster is deer resistant and rabbit resistant, meaning deer and rabbits generally avoid it due to its taste, texture, or aroma. It also shows resistance to Rust, meaning it's less susceptible to these under normal growing conditions — though resistant isn't a guarantee against them in every case.

Blooming in late Fall in Tennessee, these flowers are a favorite rest and refreshment spot for Monarch butterflies migrating to Mexico. No wonder they are sold out! Can I be put on a waiting list?
