Customer photo review of Lily Bulbs - Regale

I received my order in a timely manner, all germinated, but these are just generic white trumpet lilies aka Easter Lily. Not the first time that this has happened with Eden Brothers in offering a more unique cultivar for purchase only for the selection received to be a very common cultivar, but for the price, I could of just bought the same cultivar/Easter Lily at Walmart for a fraction of the price. Mistakes happen, but lessons are learned.

Grew but didn't bloom. Maybe next year.

    Lily Bulbs - Regale

Store owner replied: Hello Lawrence J. Thanks so much for your review! We greatly appreciate your feedback on this matter. We're always looking for ways to improve our products, planting instructions and expectations. We will certainly take your information into account. When planted in May in Zone 8, it's likely due to late planting. Lilies typically need more time to establish strong root systems before producing flowers. When planted in late spring, they often focus on foliage growth their first year and you can expect those beautiful blooms next year. After speaking with our Customer Service Team, it seems we were able to help you with this. If you ever have any other concerns or questions, feel free to reach out to us and we'll be happy to do all we can to assist. Thanks again for your review and best wishes for your growing season!
