We are sorry to hear that your White Coneflower seeds did not germinate despite your efforts, including winter sowing! Specialty coneflower varieties can sometimes be slower to germinate and may benefit from an extended period of cold, moist conditions before sprouting. Weather fluctuations, soil moisture levels, seed-to-soil contact, and planting conditions can also influence success. Even under good conditions, germination can occasionally be delayed or uneven.
