Customer photo review of Peony Roots - Sarah Bernhardt

Disappointed by both the product and the service I received from Eden Brothers. The roots had one (some two) small eyes. One root was rotted and didn't have any eyes at all. If you are new to peonies, the more eyes, the better the root. These eyes are what develop your initial growth. Sadly, I bought seven poor quality roots and in return Eden Brothers offered me a store credit for one root. For this root, I would have to pay shipping which in turn would cost me more money than these roots are worth. Bummed!

I got better results with the peony roots than I did with the lavender seeds. I planted the root in a pot early spring. It has grown very well. I'm hoping when I transplant it that it will thrive. My lavender never germinated

I planted this root in the fall and it never sprouted. Very disappointing
