Crocus chrysanthus
The Blue Pearl crocus is a specie crocus, also known as botanical or snow crocus, and is a longstanding favorite, having first been hybridized in Holland in 1950. A soft and beautiful pale shade of blue with creamy white touches, the Blue Pearl is excellent for naturalizing, and is typically utilized as a prolific groundcover, in rock gardens, and along borders. Plant in fall for very early spring bloom. Combine with large-flowering crocuses for extended bloom time.
